July 27 (UPI) -- Indianapolis Colts quarterback Daniel Jones, who tore his right Achilles last season, is fully cleared for training camp, he announced Monday.
Jones made the announcement on the Pat McAfee Show. Colts rookies reported for training camp Monday in Westfield, Ind. Veterans will report Tuesday to Grand Park.
"I'm feeling good," Jones said. "Plan is to be back in 11-on-11, full-team drills Wednesday, when we start up practice. I'll be out there with the guys. Excited to get back rolling. Feeling good.
"Rehab has been good to this point. Still some work to do as we get ready for Week 1, but I'm feeling really good with where I am."
