July 27 (UPI) -- Xbox Live experienced an outage Monday with more than 3,000 users unable to access their games or launch titles on their systems.

Microsoft said it was investigating the issue. The problem has made it so some users cannot even play games they have physical copies of.

Xbox Live features that have been affected include signing in, managing subscriptions, accessing the online store, app and mobile services, accessing digital game libraries, and launching some games.

The problem is affecting the current generation systems Xbox Series X and Series S, as well as Xbox 360 users.
