I don’t know if anyone else has got tinnitus here, but like if you try and sleep and the ringing, it’s in your skull. And you’re like, ‘This can’t be right.’”He explained he went to an ear specialist who diagnosed him with the condition.“He literally went, ‘There’s nothing, there’s quite literally nothing you can do.’ And I went, ‘But it won’t stop.’”Sam, who was crowned Jungle King in 2023, suffers with anxiety and panic attacks and said his Tinnitus worsens if he’s struggling with his mental health.“At night, I get more anxious at night, and then at night, it’s like a drill in your ear.”The Made In Chelsea star has been publicly open about his health and was diagnosed with ADHD in 2023 and last year revealed he is autistic.“He’s out, I’m autistic - we all knew it,” he told Standard. “It hasn’t changed anything, every time I get these things it’s just a bit more of the weight lifted off my shoulders and you know yourself a little bit more.”Sam has always advocated for being open about your mental health and has therapy to deal with things. He told Mirror of his therapist: “She’s amazing, she’s a savage – she'll turn around and tell me everything that's wrong! She’s just like, ‘You're wrong there,’ I sometimes need that because I’m like, ‘No, I’m right!’“I actually think you don't always need to see a therapist - sometimes you just need to see a friend, or a family member, or a colleague. Talking is the therapy, not so much the therapist.”Article continues belowSam credits best pals Pete Wicks and James Dunmore as some of his nearest and dearest he turns to in times of crisis."I've got this friend of mine, James Dunmore, and I'll be like 'Hey man, we're going for a Nando's, on me,' and he goes 'Oh for God sake,' because he knows I'm about to just load on him and moan for two hours."
