Carly Simon shared on Monday that she’s been diagnosed with Parkinson’s disease. While getting treatment for Parkinson’s, Simon said, she also underwent surgery for basal cell carcinoma on her face. Her health struggles led to her withdrawal from public life, but in a statement provided to People, the singer said she has “not stopped living, and I have not stopped working.”
