Andrew and Tristan Tate's lawyers are set to meet federal prosecutors in Miami on Monday to establish a timetable for the brothers' fight against extradition to the UK, where they face rape and sex trafficking charges.
A date for a bond hearing will likely be set during the status conference, along with other important dates like deadlines for filings and a formal extradition hearing.
The Tate brothers made a brief court appearance two days after their July 18 arrest. They are not required to attend Monday's hearing, and their lawyers said they do not plan to be present. The brothers remain in federal custody in Miami.
