Electric commercial vehicle manufacturer Omega Seiki Mobility (OSM) has raised Rs 50 crore in a funding round co-led by Securocorp Securities, with participation from Sangeeta Pareekh, Saket Aggarwal Family Office and Vanshika Sharma, as the company looks to accelerate its next phase of growth in India's fast-expanding electric mobility market.

The fresh capital will be deployed to expand manufacturing capacity, strengthen research and development, enhance OSM's nationwide dealer and service network, and accelerate the rollout of next-generation electric mobility solutions.

The company currently operates manufacturing facilities in Faridabad and Pune and has a presence across cargo three-wheelers, passenger vehicles, premium electric two-wheelers and electric light commercial vehicles.

Founded in 2018, OSM has emerged as one of the country's growing commercial EV manufacturers, focusing on product innovation and domestic manufacturing.

The company is backed by the 55-year manufacturing legacy of the Anglian Omega Group and counts Amazon, Flipkart, Zomato, BigBasket, Porter, Maersk and Nestlé among its customers.
