Gareth Jay, Regional Sales Director for Africa at Epson, shares insights on the future of smart living and technology.
The way South Africans live and work has changed dramatically in recent years. Dining rooms have become offices, living rooms have transformed into entertainment hubs, and small businesses are increasingly looking for technology that can keep pace with flexible ways of working without driving up costs.
It was against this backdrop that Epson recently unveiled its latest innovation suite, introducing its new Lifestudio projector range alongside next-generation EcoTank printers for home, home office and business users. The launch showcased the company’s continued investment in technology designed to make everyday life simpler, more efficient and more sustainable.
According to Gareth Jay, Regional Sales Director for Africa at Epson, the company’s latest innovations were inspired by the changing way people interact with technology at home and at work.
“Today’s home and business environments have changed significantly,” says Jay. “Homes are no longer just living spaces, and offices are no longer the only places where work happens. People are looking for technology that fits more naturally into flexible, multi-purpose spaces and helps them work, create and enjoy entertainment with less complexity.”
