The Sviatoshynskyi District Court of Kyiv is setting pre-trial restrictions for the organizer of an exhibition in the Kyiv region that was struck by Russian forces, resulting in deaths and injuries.
The court informed Ukrinform of this.
“The investigating judge [in this case] is Yaselskyi. This hearing is being held in open court,” the court stated.
Earlier, the Prosecutor General's Office announced on Facebook that the prosecutor’s office is insisting that the suspect be held in custody without the right to bail.
According to media reports, the suspect’s name is Vasyl Honcharuk.
