They asked: "I ordered a new credit card with you on Sunday. It's now nearly been a week and still not received it." Barclays responded to set out the usual timeframe when you request a new Barclaycard. The provider said: "New Barclaycards typically arrive with 7-9 working days.‌"As you're within that timescale that new card could still arrive over the next few days, but if this doesn't arrive we'll be able to support you further."
