AppleCare One expands to more countries. AppleMillions of Apple customers rely on AppleCare+ to protect their devices. The service offers unlimited repairs for accidents like drops and spills, for instance. In 2026, the company introduced AppleCare One to cover multiple devices in one plan. Now, Apple has announced that AppleCare One will be much more widely available.ForbesiPhone 18 Pro And iPhone 18 Pro Max Release Date: Apple’s Event Timeline Signals Exact DayBy David PhelanAppleCare One Launch Date And International AvailabilityApple revealed on Monday, July 27 that the service will be available from Tuesday, August 4 in the U.K., France, Germany and Australia. AppleCare One covers up to three devices. The pricing starts at £16.99 ($22.60) a month in the U.K., but up to two more can be added for £4.99 ($6.65) a month each. What’s Covered Under AppleCare One?All enrolled items will be covered by the same benefits as AppleCare+ provides for individual items, that is unlimited repairs for accidental damage, battery replacement service and 24-hour priority access to Apple experts. Battery replacement applies when the original holds less than 80% charge.MORE FOR YOULoss coverage now applies to iPad and Apple Watch, something previously unavailable in the U.K. and will apply both in AppleCare One and AppleCare+ for users who only want to cover one device. “With AppleCare One, customers in the U.K. can now enjoy the trusted protection of AppleCare+ in a way that’s simpler and more flexible than ever before — one plan, one price, and the peace of mind that comes with knowing all their eligible products can be covered,” Bob Borchers, Apple’s vice president of Worldwide Product Marketing explained in a Newsroom post.Device Eligibility And Automatic Transfer RulesFor the products to be covered they need to be up to four years old and in good condition. This means they need to turn on and work as expected, have a crack-free screen and working buttons, for instance. The simplicity that Bob Borchers refers to includes seamless transfer of coverage. If you bought your iPhone from Apple, for instance, and you’re now trading it in and upgrading to a new iPhone, AppleCare One is smart enough to know this and automatically removes the older model from your coverage and replaces it with the new one. I’m told that if you bought your iPhone through a carrier, for instance, it can be added but this must be done manually.Theft And Loss LimitsWhile there are unlimited repairs for accidents, so the plan suits the eternally clumsy, there are restrictions on theft and loss coverage. AppleCare One provides coverage for up to three claims per year in total across iPhone, iPad and Apple Watch. In the U.K. there are several hotspots for iPhone theft, often in big cities, so the plan will especially provide peace of mind there. Of course, the iPhone has a series of anti-theft protections built in, which also helps. ForbesiOS 26.6 Release: Next iPhone Update Is Almost Here, Here’s The Target DateBy David Phelan
