High-ranking collaborators who are still working for the occupiers in the temporarily occupied territories of the Kherson region have hideouts in Russia.
Serhiy Danylov, deputy director of the Ukrainian Association of Middle East Studies, told a Ukrinform correspondent about this.
“The high-ranking collaborators have long been purchasing homes in both Moscow and the Krasnodar region. Some of them have already left,” Danylov noted.
According to him, lower- and mid-ranking collaborators find themselves in a different situation; they are currently in a state of confusion. He also speculates that Saldo, the head of the occupied territory of the Kherson region, is most likely hiding in Simferopol.
