Several celebrities have opened up about leaving smoking behind as part of their commitment to a healthier lifestyle, proving that breaking the habit is possible with determination. In 2023, Patrick Garcia recently celebrated four years without cigarettes, while Chito Miranda marked a decade of being smoke-free in 2024. The latter admitted in a social media post that the temptation still comes, but chose not to give in. Ellen Adarna also shared that she quit vaping and smoking after 17 years to prepare her body for pregnancy, saying she began noticing the effects on her health during physical activities.
