Emergency services, including police, coastguard, and ambulance, were called to the scene on Sunday evening at approximately 9.45pm. Eyewitnesses reported a rescue helicopter and up to nine emergency vehicles attending South Fistral. A man and a woman were pronounced deceased at the scene by emergency personnel. Their families have been informed, and a file will be prepared for HM Coroner.
