—What it is. The DSP-150 is the Border Crossing Card, a combined B-1/B-2 visa and travel document for Mexican citizens residing in Mexico.

—Entry without passport. Cardholders can enter by land or sea from Mexico without presenting a passport at the port of entry, because the card itself serves as the visa.

—Geographic limits. Stays are restricted to border zones: 25 miles in Texas and California, 55 miles in New Mexico, and 75 miles in Arizona.
