The Russian-installed authorities in occupied Sevastopol announced temporary electricity supply restrictions on the night of 26-27 July, describing the measure as "necessary".

Quote: "The electricity supply has been temporarily restricted in Sevastopol. This measure is necessary. It is required to reduce the load on the power grids outside our region and prevent a failure affecting the entire energy system."
