Alexander Hoffmann, head of the Christian Social Union (CSU) regional group in the German Bundestag, has called for a bilateral intergovernmental agreement with Ukraine on sharing its technological capabilities.
He made the remarks in an interview with the German newspaper Bild, Ukrinform reports.
"We are calling for an intergovernmental agreement with Kyiv in which the Ukrainian side commits to sharing its technological capabilities with us so that we can become stronger together," Hoffmann said.
According to him, Germany is Ukraine's largest supporter in terms of financial, military, and humanitarian assistance and will continue providing that support "under all circumstances."
"And I want to make this unequivocally clear – under all circumstances. Because it is having an effect, as we are now seeing," the politician said.
