RAWIS, NORTHERN SAMAR — On July 2, Zosima Dulay and her family of poor farmers did something that they had never done in years. They were going out to see a doctor for their chronic health problems.
The 68-year-old grandmother picked up her rusty but trusted aluminum crutches which have helped her move around since she lost both her legs in a freak accident when she was 21 years old.
But her 4-year-old great granddaughter Brianna was always around to assist her.
