MANILA, Philippines — President Ferdinand Marcos made final preparations for his fifth State of the Nation Address (Sona) on Monday, which he will deliver before a joint session of Congress at Batasang Pambansang in Quezon City.
Malacañang shared photos as he rehearsed his speech with his team on Sunday evening.
The president himself shared a video reel on his official Facebook page of what the public should expect on his annual address.
