Meanwhile, Dr Dylan Keogh, who is played by William Beck, battles personal tragedy while leading his team.‌The episode is just weeks away, and the broadcaster has teased what's to come in an unsettling trailer, reports Wales Online.Just 20 seconds long, the trailer shows a car driving over a bridge at night as what appears to be a massive explosion takes place, with flames seen in the sky.‌As children sing Happy Birthday, the camera cuts to scenes of the ambulance bay and conflict at the hospital, while a man with facial injuries is rushed along in a stretcher.Elsewhere, several of the medical staff are seen looking flabbergasted as a screen flags up seemingly endless alerts."The gripping, anniversary event centres on a high-stakes major incident that throws Holby into chaos," a synopsis explained.‌"Lives hang in the balance and the ED team are pushed to their limits in a tense and emotionally charged story that brings together some of the show's most beloved characters."As the fallout continues, a major rescue operation unfolds, forcing impossible life-or-death decisions and testing the courage, resilience and leadership of those at the heart of the hospital."‌Casualty first hit screens in the UK in September 1986 and it has now run for 41 series, welcoming several big name stars such as Orlando Bloom, Martin Freeman, and Tom Hiddleston over the years.The drama, which also gave rise to spin-off Holby City, has been a hit with critics as well as viewers and has scooped many accolades during its long run.
