Ratan Tata Innovation Hub AP Partners with WISER and QISE to Build Andhra Pradesh Quantum Startup Ecosystem
The Ratan Tata Innovation Hub (RTIH)—a flagship incubation initiative established under the Government of Andhra Pradesh’s Innovation & Startup Policy (2024–2029)—has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with The Washington Institute for STEM, Entrepreneurship and Research (WISER) and its quantum education and research division, the Quantum Institute And STEM Education (QISE). The partnership is aimed at expanding deep-tech startup infrastructure, research commercialization, and talent development across Andhra Pradesh. The effort forms a core component of the state’s Amaravati Quantum Valley development strategy, bridging regional academic talent with global quantum ecosystems.
