Nicola Roberts has shared with fans how she has eased into motherhood after posting a series of snaps on social media after giving birth to her daughter two months ago13:07, 25 Jul 2026It has only been a matter of weeks since Girl's Aloud star Nicola Roberts announced that she had become a mum for the time after giving birth to her new-born daughter two months ago - but it looks as though the former popstar, 40, has taken motherhood in her stride if her latest Instagram post is anything to go by.‌Taking to social media the star, who was part of the UK renowned girl band alongside Kimberley Walsh, Cheryl, Sarah Harding and Nadine Coyle, posted a series of pictures of her spending time with her new-born tot.‌In one picture, the new mum was seen cradling her baby girl, who was snuggled into her chest wearing a pink and beige dog-tooth baby carrier.‌In another, she lay in bed with her daughter sweetly nestled into her chest. Other pictures in the carousel feature the star out and about, enjoying the weather during a park day.‌The musician captioned the post saying: "Me and my pretty little lady have been enjoying the sunshine and snuggles."In May, Nicola shared with fans that she had become a mum for the first time. In her post she told fans: "Our beautiful baby girl is here. We haven’t stopped staring at her perfect little face or kissing her softest little head."She arrived healthy and content a couple of weeks ago at 38 weeks weighing 6.5lbs and is thriving. It’s heaven on earth with her and we can hardly believe she’s ours."‌The star shares her daughter with fiancé Mitch Hahn who was also seen leaving the hospital with his daughter in a car seat.Nicola first announced that she was her expecting her first child on Christmas Day. At the time, she said: "Mitch and I have had the most magical Christmas Day sharing the most precious news with our families.“We’ve been keeping a secret. We are five months pregnant! We can’t wait to meet our little one in the spring."‌But her pregnancy was not without its struggles as at 22 weeks she had to undergo a surgery to "help keep her baby in."In April, she then posted a cluster of pictures from her week, showing off her baby bump, with the caption: "Some pics I took this week.. Hasn’t it been so nice to really feel spring.."I’ve been under instruction not to do much since I had the surgery at 22 weeks to help keep baby in. Hitting that 34 week mark was a big relief.‌"I now only have a few weeks left. Safe to say, this last bit is not the easiest is it?! In one breath, it will be nice to feel more comfortable again but I will also really miss my bump and having this tiny little thing in there."Nicola and Mitch have been dating for four years after first being pictured together in June 2022 while at an Elton John concert.Two years later, she was then seen with an eye-watering diamond ring while performing at the Brighton Pride in 2024.Article continues belowLike this story?
