Overnight, Russian occupation forces launched two missiles and nearly 160 drones against Ukrainian citizens. Therefore, the air defense is a priority for Ukraine at every international meeting.
According to Ukrinform, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky emphasized this in a Telegram post.
“In total, the Russians used two missiles and nearly 160 drones. As of now, ten people across the country have been reported injured in last night's attacks. Air defense is now a priority at every international meeting and for every state institution. Everything we agree on with our partners must be carried out faster. Wherever the authorities can help organize the protection of our skies, it must be done,” Zelensky stated.
He said that more than ten ordinary residential buildings were damaged during the Russian shelling of Sloviansk on Friday evening. Unfortunately, three people were killed.
In Sumy, the Russians killed three people with a Shahed UAV strike and a follow-up strike by an FPV drone on a Nova Post branch.
