President Donald Trump joked about a fourth presidential term, pulling on a red "Trump 2028" hat during the rescheduled White House Correspondents' Association Dinner at the Waldorf Astoria in Washington on Friday.

He described it as "somewhat of a scoop," although he made the announcement during an hour-long session of jokes and criticism aimed at the press.

President Trump called it "fourth term" referring to him winning the 2020 Presidential election, as they were "rigged" — a claim he has repeatedly made that contradicts with the March 2021 assessment from the U.S.
