I'm A Celebrity star Aitch has reportedly caught the eye of ITV bosses who are said to be keen to lock him into The Voice.09:30, 25 Jul 2026Aitch has become one of the UK's leading music artists over recent years, rivalling those including Stormzy. But since winning over the hearts of the nation following his appearance on I'm A Celebrity Get Me Out of Here, ITV bosses are said to be keen on snapping him up to join The Voice UK.If the rapper, who is believed to be in advanced talks to replace McFly stars Tom Fletcher and Danny Jones, takes on the role as a coach, he will be starring alongside high profile names including Will.I.am.Those behind the scenes are reportedly convinced the Brit and Mobo Award winner, 26, has what it takes to find the new generation of musical talent."Aitch is very much part of the ITV family after his time on I’m A Celeb. Talks between him and The Voice started earlier this year and have been really productive," a source told the Sun. "Producers reckon he would add a ‘cool factor’ for the show."The jungle showed he is more than a one trick pony and has a softer side, even as a rapper. Now he’s keen to show off his music credentials and introduce himself to a new audience – and hopefully brings in new viewers. This comes after it was announced the host Emma Willis had jumped over to BBC to become one of the hosts on Strictly Come Dancing and McFly stars Tom Fletcher and Danny Jones had bowed out after series 14.Earlier this month, The Sun reported that a source said their schedules made it impossible to commit to another series. The insider said: "Tom and Danny loved their time on the show, but a full series is a huge commitment. Tom is back and forth from New York, working on taking Paddington: The Musical over there from London’s West End and he’s also in and out of the studio writing the eighth McFly album with Danny."As much as they would have liked to return to The Voice, sadly it’s impossible."The last series of The Voice UK saw Ava Manning, who was coached by Tom and Danny, win the show and secure a £50,000 record contract with Universal and a lavish trip to Universal Resort in Orlando.Emma will be replacing former Strictly hosts Tess Daly and Claudia Winkleman, alongside professional dancer Johanne Radebe and comedian Josh Widdecombe.Speaking about her new role, she previously said: "It’s no secret that I’m a huge fan of Strictly - I’ve cheered and danced along from my sofa for years - so to be stepping into the Strictly ballroom is something I can’t quite comprehend."She continued: "It’s impossible to fill the shoes that Tess and Claudia have left behind - two wonderful, iconic women who have been the beating heart of Strictly for so long.Article continues below"I can only hope that we are able to help to steer the ship as beautifully as they have, into this new chapter. I can’t wait to spend my weekends with Josh and Jojo, the incredible dancers and the judges. Fingers crossed for a 10 from them!"Like this story?
