July 24 (UPI) -- Prime Video is giving a glimpse of The Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power Season 3.
The streaming service shared a teaser trailer for the season Friday at San Diego Comic-Con.
The Rings of Power is a fantasy drama inspired by the works of J.R.R. Tolkien. The show takes place thousands of years before the events of Tolkien's Lord of the Rings trilogy.
Season 3 sees Sauron become the Dark Lord of Mordor as he forges the One Ring of power.
