The National Chairman of the All Progressives Congress, Professor Nentawe Yilwatda, has celebrated his first year in office, highlighting the party’s achievements over the past 12 months while reaffirming his commitment to strengthening the APC and advancing its progressive ideals.
In a statement marking his first anniversary on X on Friday, Yilwatda described the period as one of “immense responsibility, purposeful service and collective accomplishment,” attributing the party’s progress to unity and the dedication of its members nationwide.
“It has been a year of immense responsibility, purposeful service and collective accomplishment, driven by an unwavering commitment to strengthen our party and advance the ideals that unite us,” he said.
The APC chairman expressed gratitude to President Bola Ahmed Tinubu for his support and confidence, while also appreciating members of the party’s National Working Committee, governors, elected representatives, party leaders, stakeholders and members across the country for their loyalty and commitment.
