Interview ‘for your life’: E-STAR report highlights trends in kidney transplant process

The 2026 Early Steps to Transplant Access Registry annual report highlighted trends in kidney transplant referrals, evaluations and wait-listing in 13 U.S. states. The data spanned between 2015 and 2024, including new patients on dialysis from 37 transplant centers in the four major End-Stage Renal Disease Network regions of New England, New York, Ohio River Valley and the Southeast.
