Award-winning composer, academic and artist Mbuso Khoza hosts an iNjob'enhle Men's Conference on Saturday in his hometown of eShowe. The conference will wrap up with a performance from iJadu le-Afrika.
Award-winning cultural expert, actor and musician Mbuso Khoza will mark Men's Month and celebrate his 48th birthday by hosting the Injob'enhle Men's Conference in his hometown of eShowe on Saturday.
The conference, to be held at KwaKhuzumuntu Farm House, near the KwaBulawayo Royal Palace outside Dlangubo, aims to empower men through discussions on emotional intelligence, cultural values, responsible fatherhood and the protection of women and children.
Khoza, the leader of the traditional hymns group iJadu le-Afrika, said the gathering would create a platform for men to confront the social challenges facing South Africa and openly discuss the personal struggles that often lead to self-destruction and violence.
"We want to dig deep and find where we went wrong. I discovered that many problems facing men go beyond the issue of culture. We will explore the cultural and spiritual aspects," Khoza said.
