Violent scenes were witnessed at Devaswom Board junction in the State capital following a protest march taken out by Bharatiya Janata Yuva Morcha (BJYM), the young wing of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), to the Cliff House, the official residence of the Chief Minister of Kerala, on Friday (July 24, 2026).The BJYM marched to Chief Minister V.D. Satheesan's official residence accusing him of failing to take concrete action in the alleged anomalies in some examinations conducted by the State Public Service Commission (PSC). The Yuva Morcha alleged double standards on the part of the Chief Minister in taking part in the protest led by Congress leader Rahul Gandhi outside Prime Minister Narendra Modi's residence in Delhi demanding action on the NEET paper leaks.
