President Donald Trump said the U.S.-Saudi civil nuclear agreement would be approved only if Saudi Arabia meets a key condition.
Trump took to Truth Social on Thursday and stated that the deal would prohibit uranium enrichment and be limited to peaceful, non-military purposes.
He also emphasized that it is "totally subject to" Saudi Arabia joining the "successful" Abraham Accords.
He added that the U.S. is "not opposed" to non-enriched civilian nuclear facilities similar to those already existing in countries such as the UAE and Iran.
