The Maruti Suzuki Brezza facelift, an updated version of one of India’s most popular and highest-selling SUVs, is set to launch in the country today. Positioned in the highly competitive compact SUV segment, the refreshed Brezza will continue to compete with rivals such as the Tata Nexon, Hyundai Venue, Kia Sonet, Mahindra XUV 3XO, and Skoda Kylaq.Maruti Suzuki Brezza facelift expected exteriorThe facelifted Brezza is expected to receive minor styling updates, while its overall design language remains largely unchanged from the existing model. Standard features include six airbags, Electronic Stability Program (ESP) with hill hold assist, ABS with EBD, ISOFIX child seat mounts, and reverse parking sensors. The updated model also gets additional safety features such as blind spot warning with lane change alert, rear cross-traffic alert, safe exit warning, tyre pressure monitoring system (TPMS), 360-degree camera, rear defogger and wiper, emergency stop signal, and front parking sensors, enhancing overall protection and driving confidence.The Maruti Suzuki Brezza 2026 will continue with the existing 1.5-litre naturally aspirated petrol engine under the hood. However, the biggest update comes in the transmission setup, as the previous 5-speed manual gearbox has been replaced with a new 6-speed manual transmission.
