'I concede I misled': IDAC's Andrea Johnson's shocking admission prompts Ad Hoc Committee review

The Ad Hoc Committee on Thursday said it will revisit the testimony head of Investigating Directorate (IDAC) Advocate Andrea Johnson gave to the parliamentary inquiry in November last year.

This after Johnson told the Madlanga Commission of Inquiry that parts of her evidence before the Ad Hoc Committee were incorrect.

The move happened as the committee was holding a virtual meeting to discuss the draft preliminary report.

ANC MP Xola Nqola alerted the committee while their meeting was in progress, saying, “Can I make an announcement?”
