Trnava’s Anton Malatinský Stadium will stage October fixtures against Northern Ireland and Hungary.
Ukraine will stage their October UEFA Nations League home fixtures in Slovakia after confirming the Anton Malatinský Stadium in Trnava as the venue for matches against Northern Ireland and Hungary.
The Ukrainian Football Association announced that Trnava will host the third and fourth rounds of Ukraine's 2026-27 Nations League campaign, with the games scheduled for 2 and 5 October respectively.
The choice means Slovakia will once again provide a temporary home for Ukraine, who have been unable to play competitive home internationals on home soil since Russia's full-scale invasion in 2022.
The Anton Malatinský Stadium is no stranger to the Ukrainian side. They beat Malta 1-0 there in a Euro 2024 qualifier in June 2023 thanks to a Viktor Tsyhankov goal, while they also faced Cyprus at the same venue during the same qualifying campaign.
