However, in real-world web environments, pixel-by-pixel comparisons fundamentally fail under normal user interactions and dynamic rendering conditions:

Semantic vs. Cosmetic Changes: Changing a single word in a paragraph should trigger a localized alert, but a minor color gradient shift in a hero image shouldn't trigger an emergency notification.
