MANILA, Philippines — Police operatives caught an alleged Land Transportation Office (LTO) fixer in Valenzuela City, the Philippine National Police-Criminal Investigation and Detection Group (PNP-CIDG) said on Thursday.
In a statement, the CIDG said it caught the suspect in front of the LTO Valenzuela District in Barangay Maysan on Tuesday afternoon, following a complaint endorsed by the Anti-Red Tape Authority.
