RTM Engineering Consultants Expands Northwest Arkansas Presence with Addition of Principal David Leiffer
RTM Engineering Consultants, a nationally recognized MEP, Civil, and Structural engineering consulting firm, announced that David Leiffer, PE, P.Eng., LEED AP joined the firm as Principal to support strategic growth initiatives and lead the expansion of RTM’s presence in Northwest Arkansas.
Leiffer brings more than 25 years of engineering leadership experience and a proven track record of scaling high-performing, people-first organizations. Throughout his career, he has led operational growth initiatives, built nationally recognized engineering teams, and fostered cultures centered on collaboration, technical excellence, and long-term employee development.
RTM has supported clients throughout the Northwest Arkansas region for many years, and the expansion of its local presence represents a strategic investment in strengthening client partnerships and continuing to grow services in one of the country’s fastest-growing markets.
In his new role, Leiffer will support mergers and acquisitions initiatives, operational integration efforts, and regional growth strategy while helping establish and grow RTM’s Northwest Arkansas operations.
