Citizens Financial Group, Inc, has appointed Rajesh Mani as Global Capability Centre (GCC) Managing Director for CFG India. In his new role, Rajesh will lead the continued growth of CFG India, focussing on scaling talent, strengthening capabilities, and building an organisation that operates seamlessly with Citizens teams across the United States, and with its technology vendor partners globally.Rajesh brings more than two decades of experience in financial services and technology, including senior leadership roles building and scaling global technology organizations across payments and fintech.Prior to this appointment, he served as Head of Asia Pacific Tech Hubs at Mastercard, where he led large, globally distributed teams and drove innovation across complex technology ecosystems.
