Ouster Names Shaluinn Fullove as Chief People Officer to Drive Global Growth and Talent Strategy
A veteran leader at Google, Lyft, GM, and Nest, Fullove brings world-class, high-performance organizational DNA to Ouster
Ouster, Inc. (Nasdaq: OUST) (“Ouster” or the “Company”), a leader in sensing and perception for Physical AI, today announced the appointment of Shaluinn Fullove as Chief People Officer. In this role, Fullove will join the Executive Leadership Team and report directly to the CEO, leading the Company’s global people strategy.
Fullove joins Ouster as a seasoned operator with over twenty years of leadership experience scaling companies from early stage to over a billion-dollars in revenue. Her extensive background includes pivotal roles at Google, Lyft, Nest, and GM, where she successfully spearheaded large-scale organizational transformations, M&A integrations, and global talent development.
