Aampere, based in Munich, has raised €4.2 million in a new funding round led by Trind Ventures, which had invested before. Vend Marketplaces, the company behind FINN.no, Blocket, and Bilbasen, also joined as a new minority investor.

This is Aampere’s second public funding round in under a year, after raising €1.6 million in October 2025. The used electric vehicle market in Germany is now growing faster than the new-car market.

The three engineers who started the company after graduating from TU Munich in 2022 now sell several thousand electric vehicles each year. They say their revenue has grown fourfold over the past year.

Aampere has raised €4.2 million to grow its digital platform for selling used electric vehicles across Europe. This is its second public funding round since October 2025, when it raised €1.6 million from the same main investors, Trind Ventures and Gimic.

Gimic’s increased stake in this round amounts to €660,000, split between a convertible loan agreement and equity, Aampere tells Tech Funding News.
