Jul 23, 2026 – 12.31pmJames Hardie has upgraded its sales and earnings forecasts, despite ongoing sluggishness in the United States housing market, as the building products group looks to move on from a turbulent period marked by an investor backlash over its $14 billion acquisition of outdoor decking company Azek.The company now expects sales revenue for the quarter ended June 30 at between $US1.45 billion ($2.07 billion) and $US1.47 billion, up from between $US1.31 billion and $US1.35 billion forecast previously.
