The View cohost Alyssa Farah Griffin took aim at Tucker Carlson over his remarks that women want men to make decisions, saying, “apparently, men would rather have a podcast where they rant about women than go to therapy.”Griffin was responding to comments Carlson made in a recent appearance on Bloomberg Podcasts’ The Mishal Husain Show, in which he argued that women prefer men who make decisions and suggested that women who prioritize careers may be less devoted to their families. “He also goes on further to imply that women who pursue careers may or may not love their families less,” she said during the “Hot Topics” segment Wednesday. “My most progressive girlfriends, my most successful corporate CEO girlfriends, are people who still center their families. I don’t know a woman who is a mother who doesn’t put her children at the center of her life.”
Cohost Sunny Hostin also criticized Carlson, pointing to his family background. “Apparently his mother left the family when he was just six years old. He only has brothers, doesn’t have any sisters, and he says that rejection from his mother caused deep psychological wounds.”
