Wolves striker, Tolu Arokodare
Wolverhampton Wanderers were forced to cancel a training session after striker Tolu Arokodare refused to leave the pitch while pushing for a move away from the club.
The Nigeria international reportedly sat down during the session and demanded that Wolves allow him to join Fiorentina after the Premier League club rejected a bid from the Serie A side.
Wolves had already accepted an offer from Turkish club Trabzonspor, but Arokodare is believed to prefer a move to Fiorentina.
As reported by BBC Sports on Wednesday, the incident led new Wolves head coach Cesar Peixoto to terminate Monday’s training session as the club continued preparations for the new season.
