Vice President Kashim Shettima on Wednesday described Nigeria’s ongoing digital identity transformation under the Tinubu administration as unrivaled.
Shettima commended the National Identity Management Commission for driving a shift that has repositioned the agency from a mere database custodian to the country’s foundational digital authority.
He made the remarks when he received a NIMC delegation led by its Director-General, Abisoye Odusote, on a courtesy visit to the Presidential Villa, Abuja.
Senior Special Assistant to the President on Media and Communications in the Office of the Vice President, Stanley Nkwocha, disclosed details of the engagement in statement he signed Wednesday titled ‘VP Shettima: Nigeria’s Digital Transformation Under Tinubu Unrivaled.’
