"Unique Pharmaceutical Laboratories is voluntarily recalling four lots of Cetirizine Hydrochloride Tablets USP 5 mg to the consumer level due to cross contamination with Ranitidine," an FDA notice reads.The contamination could be life-threatening, specifically for those with hypersensitivity to certain ingredients, the FDA says.
