Karen Botha has launched her debut book, "Trauma to Triumph", a practical guide that explores how trauma shapes the way people think, communicate, lead and build relationships.

"At 58, I published my first book. ‘Trauma to Triumph’ was born from a simple but profound realisation: our experiences do not simply remain in the past. They shape the way we think, lead, communicate, connect, love, protect ourselves and respond to conflict," said Karen Botha.

"If my journey helps even one person believe that transformation is possible, then every page is worth writing."

That belief sits at the centre of Botha's debut book, which explores how trauma influences every part of life while offering readers practical ways to move towards healing, self-awareness and meaningful change.

Rather than telling her life story from beginning to end, Botha combines personal experiences with lessons from her career in law, mediation and conflict resolution.
