Nestlé India shrugged off geopolitical headwinds to post a 35.6% jump in exports during the June quarter, as the FMCG major expanded its international footprint with new Maggi products in Canada and Europe, while taking Nescafé Sunrise to Lebanon.The company said exports remained a bright spot in the first quarter of FY27, even as global trade continues to navigate geopolitical uncertainties. Sales stood at INR 6,363.3 crore, powered by continued consumer trust in our brands and a strong focus on execution. Exports delivered 35.6% growth, despite ongoing geopolitical headwinds."The company used the quarter to deepen its presence across overseas markets. It launched new MAGGI Noodles stock-keeping units (SKUs) in Canada, introduced larger MAGGI sauce packs for the hotel, restaurant and catering (HoReCa) channel, expanded the MAGGI portfolio across Europe, and began exporting NESCAFÉ Sunrise to Lebanon after earlier launches in the UAE and Saudi Arabia.Also Read: Eternal Q1 Results: Cons PAT skyrockets 268% YoY to Rs 92 crore; revenue zooms 182%Nestlé India also said it was accorded 4-Star Export House status during the quarter, recognising its growing contribution to exports and reinforcing its role in the Make in India initiative.The export momentum came alongside broad-based growth across the business, with all four product groups recording double-digit growth. The company said total sales rose 25.4%, led by volume growth, while domestic sales increased 25%.Beyond exports, Nestlé India highlighted sustained growth in e-commerce, where quick commerce emerged as a key growth lever, as well as continued double-digit growth in organised trade and out-of-home channels.
