EMERALD ISLE: Jonathan Anderson is bringing his career full circle, with plans to stage his first fashion show in Ireland in December.
The Northern Irish designer plans to unveil his Dior pre-fall 2027 collection at Trinity College in Dublin on Dec. 4, WWD has learned.
Anderson’s first job in fashion was at the Brown Thomas department store in Dublin, and he has collaborated with brewer Guinness under his J.W. Anderson label, but this will be the first time he’s presented a collection in the country.
It will also mark Dior’s first show in Ireland, the house said in a statement shared with WWD exclusively.
“The collection will be unveiled against the backdrop of the university’s Old Library, an 18th-century building housing a world-class academic and cultural institution,” Dior said.
