As the city continues to champion innovation and community-driven solutions, the Quezon City Government is now accepting entries for the 2026 Quezon City Green Awards.

Launched in 2023, the Quezon City Green Awards (QCGA) is the country’s first LGU-led award-giving program that recognizes the most innovative initiatives that address today’s environmental and disaster resilience challenges.
This year’s competition marks a significant shift from last year’s sector-based evaluation process. While the QCGA continues to recognize initiatives under its two categories—Green and Resilient—entries will now be assessed based on the challenges they address and the tangible impact they create.
The Resilient Category covers initiatives on disaster prevention and mitigation, disaster preparedness, disaster response, and recovery and rehabilitation.
