MANILA, Philippines — The National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) Homicide Division on Wednesday received a compilation of documents from Hugo Perez Elementary School-Annex in Trece Martires City, Cavite, the school attended by the Grade 4 student who died after a deworming program.
According to the NBI Homicide Division, the documents include certain memoranda as well as a master list of students who underwent the deworming program.

Meanwhile, the bureau is still awaiting the results of the student’s autopsy, which are necessary for the case buildup.
