He remains in custody, Wales Online reports.A South Wales Police spokesperson said: "Officers attended Aberavon beachfront at around 1.40pm yesterday (Monday, July 20) following a report of anti-social behaviour."Upon arrival the man concerned was identified to be subject to police bail conditions of which he was in breach.Article continues below"The man - 70 years old and from Birmingham - was also arrested on suspicion of possession of a bladed article.
